Acolhimento a Estudantes, Professores e Investigadores Ucranianos
As instituições de ensino superior portuguesas, solidárias com o povo ucraniano que sofre a violência da guerra, desejam contribuir para reduzir o sofrimento dos jovens estudantes, professores e investigadores que veem o seu percurso académico interrompido por um período cuja duração não se pode prever.
Universidades e Politécnicos estão disponíveis para acolher estudantes que poderão ingressar nos seus ciclos de estudo e concluir a sua formação em Portugal, bem como professores e investigadores para que possam continuar aqui o seu trabalho. Existe oferta formativa em língua inglesa e estão também disponíveis cursos intensivos de língua portuguesa que facilitarão a integração.
O atual enquadramento legal já contempla a figura do estudante em situação de emergência por razões humanitárias e prevê a atribuição de bolsas pelo Estado português que permitem assegurar o pagamento das propinas e meios de subsistência.
O apoio financeiro de fundações, empresas e outros atores da sociedade civil que procuraremos motivar, poderá fortalecer este projeto.
As candidaturas deverão ser apresentadas diretamente às instituições de ensino superior ou através de plataformas agregadoras da oferta disponível como é o caso da Plataforma Global para os Estudantes Sírios.
A Agência Nacional Erasmus+ Educação e Formação atua como entidade coordenadora garantindo a divulgação das iniciativas, facilitando a comunicação entre os vários atores e recolhendo e atualizando a informação sobre os resultados do processo.

Португальські вищі навчальні заклади, в знак солідарності з українським народом, який потерпає від насильства війни, хочуть сприяти зменшенню страждань молодих студентів, професорів та дослідників, які переривають свою академічну кар’єру на період, тривалість якого неможливо передбачити.
Університети та політехнічні заклади готові прийняти студентів, які зможуть вступити на свій цикл і завершити навчання в Португалії, а також професорів і дослідників, щоб вони могли продовжити свою роботу тут. Для полегшення інтеграції доступні курси англійської та інтенсивні курси португальської.
Чинна законодавча база вже включає фігуру студента, що перебуває в надзвичайному стані з гуманітарних міркувань, і передбачає надання португальською державою стипендій, які дозволяють забезпечити оплату навчання та засобів до перебутья.
Фінансова підтримка фондів, компаній та інших суб’єктів громадянського суспільства, яку ми будемо намагатися мотивувати, посилить цей проект.
Заявки необхідно подавати безпосередньо до вищих навчальних закладів або через платформи, які об’єднують доступні пропозиції, наприклад Глобальну платформу для сирійських студентів.
Національне агентство з освіти та навчання Erasmus+ виступає координуючим органом, забезпечуючи поширення ініціатив, сприяючи комунікації
між різними суб’єктами та збираючи та оновлюючи інформацію про результати процесу.

Hosting Ukrainian Students, Teachers and Researchers
The Portuguese higher education institutions, in solidarity with the Ukrainian people who suffer the violence of the war, wish to contribute to reducing the suffering of young students, professors and researchers who see their academic career interrupted for a period whose duration cannot be foreseen.
Universities and Polytechnics are available to welcome students who will be able to enter their study cycles and complete their degrees in Portugal, as well as teachers and researchers so they can continue their work here. There is training available in English and intensive Portuguese language courses are also available to facilitate integration.
The current legal framework already includes students in an emergency situation for humanitarian reasons and provides for the granting of scholarships by the Portuguese State to ensure the payment of tuition fees and means of subsistence.
Financial support from foundations, companies and other civil society stakeholders that we will seek to motivate will strengthen this project.
Applications must be submitted directly to higher education institutions or through platforms gathering the available offer, such as the Global Platform for Syrian Students.
The Erasmus+ Education and Training National Agency acts as a coordinating entity, ensuring the dissemination of initiatives, facilitating communication between the diverse stakeholders and collecting and updating information on the results of the process.
